Absolutely love this pulley system so ordered a replacement cable after we moved and had a longer run!
Little long but ok
It was a replacement. Install and product quality was easy and great.
The cable has a soft cover - very flexible - very strong - no stretch - seemed to be excellent quality. The ratchet worked well - easy to tighten with my wrench. I recommend using leather gloves to avoid skin damage. The holes for the cable in the ratchet were a little small. One was tight on the cable, the other was too small to get the cable through - no big deal though. I just enlarged the holes slightly and all was well.
